We ship worldwide from Ukraine. Please read the details below to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

Processing Time

All items are handmade. Please allow 1–5 business days for order processing before shipping.
Custom-made items may require additional time depending on complexity.

Shipping Methods

We ship internationally using reliable postal and courier services.
Delivery times vary by destination:

• Standard international shipping: 10–25 business days

• Express shipping (if available): 5–12 business days

Actual delivery time may vary based on customs, local postal services, or unforeseen delays.

Tracking

All orders include tracking information. Tracking may take up to several days to update after dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and import taxes.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility, unless stated otherwise below.

Shipments to the United States

For orders shipped to the United States, we cover the customs duties at the time of dispatch, so the customer does not need to pay any import fees upon delivery.

All Other Countries

Customs fees, VAT, and import taxes (if applicable) must be paid by the receiver.
We cannot control or predict these charges and are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or international transit.

If a package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact your local postal service.

Returns Due to Refusal or Unpaid Fees

If a package is returned because the buyer refused to pay customs fees or did not pick it up from the postal office, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
