Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, because all of our products are handmade and often customized, please read our refund terms carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of handmade and made-to-order items, returns are only accepted in cases of damage, defects, or an incorrect item received.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items with minor variations in color, texture, or appearance (normal for handmade goods)

Reporting an Issue

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48–72 hours of receiving your package.

Please provide:

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the damage/defect

  • Your order number

We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund when applicable.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and properly packaged

  • Tracking must be provided

If the issue is caused by our mistake, we will cover return shipping or provide an alternative solution.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or international transportation issues.

If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local postal service.

Custom Items

All custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Final Sale Items

Discounted or promotional items cannot be refunded.
